She was so kind and compassionate about the situation alone, but also very professional and determined to sell the house for what my mom would have wanted. She staged the vacant home with beautiful decorations to help with the sale (it sold within 2 weeks of being listed for our asking price). She also made great suggestions about what to fix and not fix, and how to clean certain items like the stainless appliances.
