Why Work With Us?

Selling our parents home, Tracy Marx accommodated our schedules so the three of us children could attend together in order to hear the real estate information and for us to give our various imput. We were notified of the numerous showings and often the viewers thoughts. Our phone calls or texts were promptly answered and she always had the correct required information. Today I signed seller papers so our home buyer can proceed with their financial business. Great news for so many!

Tracy has done an excellent job advising us with the sale of our property. She is very knowledgeable about the market, and her suggestions regarding staging the property were very helpful.

I have worked with Tracy for a couple of years now, and I can say she has been amazing. Very organized, knowledgeable, and truly cares about each and everyone of her clients. I highly recommend Tracy and the Tracy Marx team to everyone! Denise R Scolaro

Tracy is so easy to work with: contact via phone, text, or email when needed-otherwise I'm left alone to get my other projects done. The process of selling dad's home went very smoothly. 5* excellence.

If you are seriously looking to buy or sell your home, you needn't look any further. Tracy's assistance was far more than we ever expected. Her knowledge of the real estate market is amazing. She is patient, kind and considerate. When things got bumpy, as they always do, she knew exactly what to say and how to fix the problem. We will recommend her to everyone we know.
